  • Get in touch to book your free consultation call. Tell me about your business, your existing website and your online goals then I’ll share how I can support you.

    Whether you are in the fact-finding stage or ready to commit, I’ll me introduce myself and my business and make sure we’re a good fit to work together. After this call, you’ll recieve my contract and invoice and, if it feels aligned, you can book in.

  • We’ll get together on a call to discuss your business goals, growth plans, target audience and pain points.

    The purpose of this call is for me to establish a deep knowledge of your business. This enables me to represent and communicate its essence in the truest way when I am developing your website.

  • With a deep knowledge of your business aims, I’ll review your website and compile a presentation of layout recommendations, impactful coded features and bespoke customisations.

    These recommendations are carefully considered to align with your business and brand identity and showcase your unique offering to your target audience.

  • Once I have prepared an impactful plan of design amendmendments we’ll discuss and crystalise the deliverables for the design day.

    This could involve talking over bespoke customisations to be actioned with code, structural changes to improve visitor journey and sharing design proposal mock-ups.

    Finally, before the design day, we’ll make sure we are both happy with the structure and expected outcomes of the day.

  • Your design day! Here your website receives eight hours of my undivided attention. I’ll be applying customisations with bespoke code, restructuring the visitor journey and executing the designs discussed in our Strategy & Preparation Calls.

    Throughout the day we’ll have speedy feedback check-ins to ensure you’re 100% happy and the refreshed designs reflect your true business identity.

  • After your design day, I’ll share with you any tutorials and supportive documents that you’ll need so you’re empowered to independently manage your website in the future.

    For the two weeks after your design day, I am on hand to answer any Qs you may have about your new customisations.

    I am on hand to offer technical support after I work with you. Troubleshooting code Qs are weirdly my favourite so drop them into my inbox and we can go over things together. As always, there are no silly questions and I avoid overly technical terms and jargon.

    I’ll write your design code in a way that means if your brand colours or fonts change, it’s as simple as pasting in a few tiny snippets of info and your new look is automatically and instantly updated across all of your coded elements.

  • Not to worry, I can split the 8 hours of your design day across two days. They do not have to be consecutive days.

    This gives you a chance to review the customisations and feedback to me before I embark on the second half of your booked time.

  • When it comes to the text on your website, the One Day Intensive does include moving paragraphs and key information around (to improve your website strategy).

    However, I will not be re-writing your copy and I also can’t add in any new copy you may have prepared.

  • Yes, I can swap in new images for you on the pages that I am working on. You will share with me your brand photobank before the design day.

  • If you have a clear idea of exactly what you would like on your website and don’t need any support with visitor strategy, troubleshooting, business consulting and future-proofing - I do undertake Squarespace development work by the hour.
